With full hookups for 30-amp and 50-amp RVs, we have sites for both 30’x65’ and 40’x55’ vehicles. We offer Wi-Fi, bathhouse, and laundry room as well, and you can even rent the house on our property if you want to stay in comfort.

We are a small RV park located east of Livingston Tx.,five minutes from Naskila Gaming on HWY 190 east. Our sites are spacious with full hookups 30 and 50 amp service. We offer five 30'x70' pull thru's and nine 40'x55' back in sites all with concrete patio pads. WI-FI is available. We have a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath Air B&B house on the property available for rent and a convenience store that cooks pizza and hamburgers.
Park your boat, ATV or trailer on the same site as your RV. We have a very nice and clean bathhouse and laundry facilities.

Each campsite rate is based on one RV and four people.
2 pets per site, no outside dog kennel allowed, and no tying or tethering of pet, leashed only.
